基于“现代学徒制”实践的高职类物流管理专业《仓储与配送管理》课程改革的探索与思考

Logistics Management Major of Higher Vocational Education Based on the Practice of "Modern Apprenticeship" Exploration and Consideration of the Course Reform of Warehousing and Distribution Management

现代社会的飞速发展带来物流快递的需求量剧增,也对物流形式和服务内容提出了更高的要求。作为培养物流专业技术型技能型人才的高职担负着重要的角色。本文以《仓储配送管理》课程为例,结合现代学徒制人才培养模式,从将物流专业课程内容与物流职业标准对接,和将物流专业教学过程与物流生产过程对接,来探讨物流管理专业课程改革内容。

The rapid development of modern society has put forward higher requirements for logistics form and service content.Higher vocational education plays an important role in training logistics professional skilled personnel. Taking the course of Warehousing and Distribution Management as an example,combining with the new talent training mode of"modern apprenticeship system",this paper discusses the content of the curriculum reform of logistics management specialty from the connection of the curriculum content of logistics specialty with the professional standards of logistics,and the connection of the teaching process of logistics specialty with the production process of logistics.
