传动链动态误差分析及不确定度评定

摘要 传动链的动态误差对机械结构的传动精度具有非常重要的影响。为研究传动链的动态误差特性,基于常见的减速器、联轴器、位移平台组成的传动链结构,设计了一套传动链误差分离实验系统。以传动链输入端伺服电机内置的高精度编码器感测的角度为标准信号,将输出端光栅尺的感测结果与之对比,采用PC机上多轴运动控制卡同步采集伺服电机编码器与光栅尺的脉冲数,然后进行数据分析处理即可分离得到传动链的动态误差。对分离的动态误差进行了不确定度评定,验证了误差分离实验系统的有效性。该方法为传动链动态误差的分离与检测提供了可行性方案,对深入研究传动链的动态误差特性具有重要的指导意义。 Dynamic errors of the transmission chain have very important influences on the transmission accuracy of mechanical structures. In order to study the dynamic error characteristics of the transmission chain,a set of error separation experimental system was designed based on the common transmission chain structure composed of a reducer,two couplings and a displacement platform. A high-precision encoder embedded in the servo motor was used to detect the angle input signals of the transmission chain accurately,and a grating sensor was employed to detect the output signals. Taking the input values as standard signals,the transmission chain errors can be obtained by comparing output signals with input signals. A multi-axis motion control card on the PC was adopted to acquire the pulse numbers of the servo motor encoder and the grating sensor synchronously,and then dynamic errors of the transmission chain can be got through a data processing program. The uncertainty of the experimental system has been evaluated to verify the effectiveness of the error separation. The dynamic error separation method provides a feasible scheme and provides references for further study of the dynamic error characteristics of mechanical transmission chains.
