血脂检测应用在糖尿病患者诊疗中的临床意义

目的探讨分析血脂检验对糖尿病患者的临床检查意义,为临床诊断提供参考依据。方法此次研究的对象是选择2015年8月—2016年8月来该院检查的72例糖尿病患者,随机分成了两组,对两组糖尿病患者的血脂进行检验。结果研究组患者的载脂蛋白AB,三酰甘油,高密度胆固醇,低密度脂蛋白血脂等指标要比参照组高,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血浆年度,红细胞沉降率等指标比参照组低,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中可以对患者的血脂水平进行监测,确定患者的病情发展情况,为患者提供针对性的治疗,调整治疗方案,促进治疗的有效率提升。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical significance of blood lipid test in diabetes mellitus patients, and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods The subjects of this study were 72 patients with diabetes who had been examined in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016. They were randomly divided into two groups, and the blood lipids of the two groups were tested. Results Apolipoprotein AB, triglyceride, high density cholesterol, low density lipoprotein lipid and other indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The annual plasma and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The blood lipid level of patients can be monitored clinically to determine the development of patients' condition, provide targeted treatment for patients, adjust treatment programs, and promote the improvement of treatment efficiency.
