糖尿病合并心血管病的治疗及护理配合疗效研究

Study on the Therapeutic and Nursing Effect of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Cardiovascular Disease

目的研究治疗与护理配合对于糖尿病合并心血管病患者的作用与效果。方法选出该院在2016年12月—2018年12月采用常规护理的54例糖尿病合并心血管病患者,将其作为A组,另选出在此基础之上采用治疗与护理配合的54例糖尿病合并心血管病患者,将其作为B组,观察比较其结果。结果B组患者在护理后其总体满意率优于A组患者(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病合并心血管病患者来说,运用治疗与护理配合,可以辅助提升其护理最终的效果与质量,并增强其总体满意率,可推广。

Objective To study the effect of treatment and nursing cooperation on diabetic patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods A total of 54 patients with diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease who received routine nursing in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected as group A, and 54 patients with diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease who received treatment and nursing cooperation on this basis were selected as group B. And the results were observed and compared. Results The overall satisfaction rate of group B after nursing was better than that of group A (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease, the combination of treatment and nursing can help improve the final effect and quality of nursing, and enhance the overall satisfaction rate, which can be promoted.
