人性化护理对高血压合并糖尿病患者预后的影响观察

Effect of Humanized Nursing on the Prognosis of Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Diabetes

目的分析高血压合并糖尿病病人采用人性化护理效果。方法选2017年1—12月76例高血压合并糖尿病患者随机分两组,各38例。对照组常规护理,实验组人性化护理。结果实验组满意度、心理状态、护理效果均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压合并糖尿病患者的临床护理中采用人性化护理效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing in patients with hypertension and diabetes. Methods A total of 76 patients with hypertension and diabetes from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received routine care and the experimental group received humanized care. Results The satisfaction, mental state and nursing effect of the experimental group were significantly better than of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of humanized nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with hypertension and diabetes is significant.
