健康教育在2型糖尿病中应用的知识图谱分析

Knowledge Mapping of Health Education in Type 2 Diabetes

目的归纳、整理国内健康教育在2型糖尿病应用的相关文献,分析其研究现状及未来的发展方向,2型糖尿病的防治提供参考数据。方法选择中国知网期刊数据库,以主题词为主,进行专业检索,采用知识图谱分析软件CiteSpace对相关文献进行分析,在此基础上绘制网络图谱、聚类图谱、前沿图谱。结果健康教育在2型糖尿病中应用的的热点有自我管理、生活质量、血糖控制、护理干预等,主要集中在图对话模式、循证医学、社区卫生服务、自我管理能力、全程健康教育、社区糖尿病防治这6个方面,在未来的发展中,全程健康教育、同伴教育、动机性访谈、自我管理水平、护理管理、应用效果这6个方向的研究将会成为热点。结论健康教育在2型糖尿病中的应用需要患者、医护工作者、社会力量这3个方面共同参与,积极携手,切实落实健康教育的相关知识和措施,从而更好的防治糖尿病及其并发症。

Objective To inductively and collate relevant literature on the application of domestic health education in type 2 diabetes. To analyze its research status and future development direction, and provide reference data for prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods The Chinese Knowledge Network journal database was selected, with the main keywords as the main subject, and the professional search was carried out. The knowledge literature analysis software CiteSpace was used to analyze the related literatures. Based on this, the network map, cluster map and leading edge map were drawn. Results The hotspots of health education in type 2 diabetes included self-management, quality of life, blood sugar control, and nursing intervention. The main focus was on graph dialogue mode, evidence-based medicine, community health service, self-management ability, whole-course health education, and community diabetes. In the future development, the six directions of health education, peer education, motivational interviews, self-management level, nursing management, and application effects will become hot topics. Conclusion The application of health education in type 2 diabetes requires patients, health care workers, and social forces to participate in the three areas, actively work together to effectively implement the relevant knowledge and measures of health education, so as to better prevent diabetes and its complications.
