摘要
利用Solidworks Simulation,对井式回火炉炉门钢结构进行数值模拟,获得炉门钢结构的应力云图和位移云图。针对采用筋板加强、型钢斜撑加强、箱型梁加强的物理模型进行数值计算,并进行结果对比,得出结论。通过将Solidworks Simulation应用于工业炉钢结构设计中,在保证钢结构满足强度要求的同时,实现节省钢材用量的目的。
The Solidworks Simulation software is used to simulate.The stress and displacement distribution of furnace gate steel structure of well tempering furnace were simulated.By comparing the results of modles which is strengthened by ribs,section steels,or box beam,the conclusion is drawn.By applying Solidworks Simulation to the design of industrial furnace steel structure,the strength of steel structure can be guaranteed to meet the requirement.At the same time,the consumption of steel material is economized.
