延长超大型铝电解槽槽寿命的生产实践研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着超大型电解槽的快速发展,在提高了单位生产效率和经济指标的情况下,大型电解槽的槽寿命越来越受到生产企业的高度关注。本文通过对提高槽寿命的意义,影响电解槽寿命的内衬材料要求、筑炉工艺、焙烧启动后期管理和正常生产期间管理4个主要因素,讨论影响槽寿命的因素,结合4台相同作业区的4台电解槽全生命周期中焙烧启动和后期运行情况,找出提高槽寿命的措施,最终达到降低生产成本和减少固体废物产生量。 With the rapid development of large-scale electrolytic cell,the life of aluminum cell has been paid more and more attention by enterprises under the condition of increasing unit production efficiency and economic index.In this paper,through the significance of improving the life of the cell,affecting the life of the electrolytic cell lining material requirements,building furnace technology,roasting start-up management and normal production period management of 4 main factors,discuss the factors affecting the life of the cell,combined with 4 units of the same operating area of 4 electrolytic cells in the full life cycle of roasting start and post-Find measures to improve the life of the electrolytic cells,and ultimately achieve lower production costs and reduce solid waste generation.
