摘要
通过对转炉冶炼过程,氧气和氮气回收系统的研究,找出差距,分析原因,制定措施并实施,通过转炉氧气氮气柜回收系统的互换改造、转炉气体电除尘系统改造以用锅炉掺烧转炉气体等技术改造,提高了转炉能气体收量,有效的利用了二次能源,减小环境污染。
Through converter smelting process,oxygen and nitrogen recovery system,the gap is found,the reasons are analyzed,the measures are formulated and implemented.Through the interchange transformation of the oxygen and nitrogen recovery system of converter and the transformation of the electrostatic precipitation system of converter gas,the converter energy gas recovery is increased,the secondary energy is effectively utilized,and the environmental pollution is reduced.
