安徽省露采矿山开采导致的土地与植被资源破坏、水土流失、地貌景观破坏、地质灾害隐患等矿山地质环境问题十分严重。通过实施边坡危岩清理、降坡卸载、地形平整、覆土、边坡和底盘复绿、实施截排水工程和其他相关辅助工程等,可消除露采矿山存在的矿山地质环境问题,从而改善矿区生态环境,恢复土地使用功能。
