刚果(金)高铅钴中间品选择性浸出钴的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了以锰粉为还原剂,从刚果(金)高铅钴中间品中选择性浸出钴分离铅。试验结果表明,在锰粉用量为理论用量的2.0倍,初始硫酸浓度为1.2mol/L,液固比为8:1mL/g,反应温度为70℃,搅拌转速300r/min,反应时间为5h条件下,钴和铅的浸出率分别可达99.81%、1.17%。该工艺具有短流程、低成本的特点,并实现了钴的高效浸出,铅在渣中富集的效果。 The selective leaching of cobalt from Congo(DRC)high lead cobalt intermediate with manganese powder as reductant was studied.The results show that the leaching rates of cobalt and lead can reach 99.81%and 1.17%respectively,when the amount of manganese powder is 2.0 times the theoretical amount,the initial sulfuric acid concentration is 1.2mol/L,the liquid-solid ratio is 8:1 mL/g,the reaction temperature is 70℃,the stirring speed is 300 rpm and the reaction time is 5h.The process has the characteristics of short process and low cost,and realizes the efficient leaching of cobalt and the enrichment of lead in slag.
