5754-H32铝合金带材生产工艺

摘要 本文为了对5754铝合金带材组织和力学性能进行研究,分别采用了不同的成品退火温度和冷轧加工率。通过对试验结果的分析可以得出,带材的极限拉伸强度随着增加的冷轧压下率而在增加使呈现出线性的趋势。带材的屈服强度随着增加的压下率,在压下率小于11.1%的情况下增加也十分迅速,然后虽然减小了增幅,然而在增加时也呈现出线性。随着增加的压下率,在压下率小于26.2%的情况下,带材的伸长率急剧降低,接着基本保持不变。 In order to study the structure and mechanical properties of 5754 aluminium alloy strip,different annealing temperatures and cold rolling processing rates were adopted.Through the analysis of the test results,it can be concluded that the ultimate tensile strength of the strip shows a linear trend with the increase of cold rolling reduction rate.With the increase of reduction rate,the yield strength of strip increases rapidly when the reduction rate is less than 11.1%,and then decreases,but it also shows a linear increase when the reduction rate is less than 11.1%.With the increase of reduction rate,the elongation of strip decreases sharply when the reduction rate is less than 26.2%,and then remains unchanged.
