摘要
针对土壤中可溶性氯离子含量的检测,分别从线性范围、精密度、检出限等方面对离子色谱法和硝酸银滴定法进行了分析和比较。离子色谱法具有良好的线性关系RSD:0.40%~0.55%,最低检出限为0.006mg/L,相关系数R^2=0.9996,加标回收率:95%~102%。结论:离子色谱法操作安全,简便、快速、精密度高、稳定性良好,可为农业土壤检测分析提供较好的技术支撑。
In view of the leachable chlorine content in soil,respectively compared ion chromatography with traditional titration method from the linear range of working curve,precision,and detection limitation etc.Ion chromatography has a good linear relationship with a relative standard deviation of 0.40%to 0.55%,the minimum detection limit is 0.006mg/L,the correlation coefficient is 0.9996,and the recovery rate is 95%to 102%.Concluded that ion chromatography was safer,simpler and quickly.It had higher precision and better stability.
