西宁市成为第二批海绵试点城市后,就在积极探索青藏高原半干旱气候条件下的海绵城市建设新思路,将海绵理念融合与风景园林建设的各个领域,通过“治山、理水、融城”的总体技术路线,践行生态修复、城市修补,使城市生态环境、城市景观有了明显的改善,推动海绵城市建设取得了一定的成绩和效果。
