Distortion and Export of Factor Market and Technology Innovation of Enterprises

从微观的企业层面,实证分析了要素市场扭曲、出口等因素对企业技术创新的影响,并对国有企业、私营企业和外资企业进行了比较分析。结果显示:要素市场扭曲对企业技术创新具有显著的抑制作用;出口对企业技术创新具有显著的促进作用;要素市场扭曲与出口的交互项对企业技术创新的影响显著为正,表明出口的正效应有效地抵消了要素市场扭曲的负效应,对企业技术创新起到了平滑作用。为提升企业技术创新能力,政府应加快要素市场改革进程,让市场在资源配置中起决定性作用,并制定相应的政策,鼓励支持更多的企业走出去。

From the level of micro enterprise,this paper analyzes the influence of factor market distortion,export and other factors on technological innovation,and conducts the comparative analysis among state-owned business,private firms and foreign funded enterprises.The results show that the factor market distortion has a significant inhibitory effect on the enterprise technological innovation,while the export has significant positive impact on technological innovation;and the interaction with factor market distortion and export is significantly and positively correlated with enterprise technological innovation,showing that the positive effect of export effectively offsets the negative effect of factor market distortion and takes a smoothing role in technological innovation.Therefore,in order to enhance the technical innovation ability of enterprises,the government should speed up the process of market reform so as to let the market play a decisive part in allocating resources,and formulate the corresponding policies to encourage more enterprises to go abroad.
