摘要
在系统分析廊坊北三县工程建设适宜性影响因素的基础上,建立了工程建设适宜性评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法确定指标权重,运用敏感因子-加权平均综合指数法对该地区的工程建设适宜性进行了评价。评价结果表明,北三县地区工程建设适宜性总体较好,大部分地区适宜或较适宜工程建设,占89.6%。埋深10~50m的砂性土承载力普遍较高,可优先作为多层、高层建筑物复合地基或桩基的桩端持力层;埋深小于10m的土体局部存在工程性质较差的填土、液化砂土,不宜作为建筑物天然地基;局部地区存在地面沉降、砂土液化等不良工程地质问题,在控制性详细规划和岩土工程勘察中应加以重视;夏垫活动断裂发育地区不适宜工程建设,若线性工程开发利用无法规避此区域,采取措施缓解水平和垂直方向位移对工程安全性影响。
Based on the systematic analysis of the factors affecting the suitability of engineering construction in the north-three-counties of Langfang, an evaluation index system for the suitability of engineering construction was established, and the index weights were determined by the analytic hierarchy process;the sensitivity factor - weighted average composite index method was applied to evaluate the suitability of engineering construction in this area. The evaluation results show that the suitability of the engineering construction in north-three-conuties is most areas are suitable or almost suitable for the engineering construction, accounting for 89.6%. The generally high bearing capacity of sandy soil buried 10 ~ 50 m deep makes its priority to act as the pile end bearing layer of multi-layer, high-rise building composite foundation or pile foundation. The soil with a buried depth of less than 10 m is partially composed by filling soil and liquefied sand with poor engineering properties. Therefore, so it is not suitable to serve as the natural foundation for buildings. Due to bad geological engineering matters caused by land subsidence and sand liquefaction, it is important to pay attention to the controlling detailed planning and geotechnical engineering investigation. Besides, areas adjacent to Xiadian active fault are also unfavorable for engineering construction. If linear engineering development and utilization cannot avoid this unfavorable area, measures should be taken to alleviate the impact of horizontal and vertical displacement on engineering safety.
