绒白乳菇生理活性物质的提取及药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Extraction and Pharmacological Action of Physiological Active Substances from Lactarius vellereus

临床上大量的化学药物治疗对人体的副作用很大,而天然药物具有作用温和、低毒、副作用小等药理特性,天然产物成分的提取越来越受到重视。目前,国内外学者已经先后对绒白乳菇进行了一定的研究。本文综述了绒白乳菇活性物质的提取方法和药理特性,以期为抗癌、抗衰老等临床药物的研制提供新的配方思路和途径。

A large number of clinical chemical drugs have great side effects on human body,and natural drugs have mild action,low toxicity,small side effects and other pharmacological properties,the extraction of natural product components has received more and more attention.At present,scholars at home and abroad have carried out some research on Lactarius vellereus successively.In this paper,the extraction methods and pharmacological properties of the active substances from Lactarius vellereus were reviewed,in order to provide new formulations for the development of anti-cancer,anti-aging and other clinical drugs.
