摘要
以O百合(东方百合)和OT百合(东方百合与喇叭型百合杂交后代)为材料进行杂交试验,分别统计授粉后的子房膨大率与胚培养的萌发率,判断杂交组合的亲和情况。结果表明,O百合内部杂交亲和性好,杂交易得到后代;O百合与OT百合的罗宾娜杂交亲和性较好,子房膨大率为100%,胚培养萌发率为3.3%;O百合难以与OT百合的黄精灵得到杂交后代。
The cross compatibility test was conducted with Oriental Lily(O)and OT Lily varieties(offspring obtained by crossbreeding of Oriental Lily and Trumpet Lily)as materials.The ovary expansion rate after pollination and the germination rate of embryo culture were counted to determine the compatibility of cross combinations.The results showed that the crossing compatibility among the inner varieties of Oriental Lily was good,and the offspring were easily obtained by crossbreeding.Furthermore,Oriental Lily and the Robina of OT Lily had a good cross compatibility,with the ovary expansion rate of 100% and embryo germination rate of 3.3%.However,it was difficult for Oriental Lily to cross with Yelloween of OT Lily.
