摘要
比较凤丹种荚水提取物和乙醇提取物的抗菌活性,对凤丹种荚的水提取物和乙醇提取物进行体外抗细菌和真菌的活性试验,测定比较其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,2种提取物对所选取的4种细菌均具有一定的抑菌效果,乙醇提取物的抑菌活性强于水提取物。2种提取物未表现出抑制真菌黑曲霉的活性,其最小抑菌浓度均大于2 mg/mL。由此说明,凤丹种荚提取物对细菌有一定的抑菌效果,具有一定的开发应用价值。
To compare the antibacterial activity of water extracts and ethanol extracts from seed pods of Paeonia ostii,the in vitro antibacterial and antifungal experiments on water extracts and ethanol extracts from seed pods of Paeonia ostii were conducted,and the minimum bacteriostatic concentrations(MIC) were determined and compared. The results showed that the two extracts both had inhibitory effects on the 4 kinds of bacteria,and the antibacterial activity of ethanol extracts were better than the water extracts. The two extracts showed no inhibition activity on fungal Aspergillus niger,and their MIC was more than 2 mg/L. In summary,the extracts from seed pod of Paeonia ostii has antibacterial effect,and it has potential value in developed and application.
