摘要
食品快速检测技术在食品安全领域越来越受重视和广泛应用。针对以往食品快速检测技术课程教学中存在的一些问题,教学改革从课程内容选取、实训教材改革、强化"以学生为主体"的教学模式、开发多途径实训机会等方面进行,实践表明改革后的教学能让学生更好地学习食品快速检测技术、掌握更熟练的技能,直接连接了社会需求和学生技能培养,提高了学生学习主动性,增强了学生的就业信心,使本专业学生能够实现与食品安全快速检测实际岗位的"零距离"对接。
Rapid food detection technology is gaining more and more attention in the field of food safety and is widely used.In view of some problems existing in the teaching of food rapid detection technology course in the past,the teaching reform was carried out from the aspects of course content selection,training materials reform,strengthening the "student-centered" teaching mode,and developing multi-channel training opportunities.Practice showed that the reformed teaching could enable students to better learn the rapid food testing technology,master more skilled skills,directly connect with social needs and student skills training,improve students′ learning initiative,enhance students′ employment confidence,achieve a "zero distance" connection with the actual position of food safety and rapid detection.
