摘要
青年教师是高等中医院校的主力教师群体,青年教师的教学能力决定高等教育的质量。青年教师有学历高、进取心强等优点,但他们存在一些问题:未接受过正规教学教育理论培训、教学实践经验匮乏等问题。本文提出的提高青年教师教学能力的策略有:建立完善的教师评价体系;实施听课制度;运用多渠道载体辅助授课;建立有效的激励机制。
Young teachers are the main teachers of higher TCM institutions,and the teaching ability of young teachers determines the quality of higher education.Young teachers have high academic qualifications,aggressive and other advantages,but they have some problems:not received formal education theory training,lack of experience in teaching and other issues.This paper puts forward the strategies to improve the teaching ability of young teachers:to establish a perfect teacher evaluation system;to implement the lecture system;to use the multi-channel carrier to assist the teaching;to establish an effective incentive mechanism.
