大学生就业服务助管体系的实践与探讨——以中国农业大学工学院为例

Practice and Discussion on Helping Management System for University Students’ Employment Service——Taking College of Engineering of China Agricultural University as an Example

就业服务工作任务繁重,面对学院每年数百名毕业生,提高效率、减少错误尤为重要,高强度的工作靠一个人的力量往往不够,期间就业助管起到了重要作用。文章交代了中国农业大学工学院学生就业助管的管理体系,说明了就业助管在各个时间阶段的工作内容,分析了该体系的利弊并探讨了相关改革方案。

The task of employment service is arduous.In the face of hundreds of college graduates every year,it is particularly important to improve efficiency and reduce errors.High-intensity work depends on one person's strength is often insufficient.Employment assistance plays an important role during the period.This paper explains the management system of the employment assistant of the students in the College of Engineering of China Agricultural University,explains the work contents of the employment assistant at various stages,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the system,and probes into the relevant reform programs.
