摘要
《现代食品营养学》是各高校食品科学与工程专业的主干课程,将营养学领域的高水平SCI论文的研读和考核引入到本课程教学中来,可使学生较快掌握科技英文特点,准确地从文献中借鉴本领域的研究方法并归纳重要的学术观点,增加对专业知识认知的深度与广度,提高解决科研问题的实际能力,有效地培养作为科研储备人才的食品专业研究生的创新能力和综合能力。
"Modern Food Nutrition" is a basic course for Food Science and Engineering major students.In this study,the English literature study training using high-level SCI papers was introduced to this course.The training enables the students to grasp the characteristics of science and technology more quickly,derive the research methods in this field accurately and summarize important academic views from the literature effectively.Moreover,the training improves their cognition in professional knowledge as well as their practical ability to solve scientific research problems which are favorable to develop talents for food industry.
