摘要
食品卫生与营养课程是一门理论性、实践应用性并重的课程,是烹调工艺与营养高职专业的专业核心课。为达到培养应用型人才的目的,需进行应用型课程建设。本论文从师资队伍建设、课程标准开发、课程教学内容构建、教学方法以及考核改革、课程资源库建设六个方面阐述食品卫生与营养应用课程型课程的建设。
The course of "Food Hygiene and Nutrition" is a theoretical and practical course,and it is the core course of cooking technology and nutrition.In order to train application-oriented talents,it is necessary to build application-oriented courses.The construction of "Food Hygiene and Nutrition" application curriculum from six aspects:teaching staff construction,curriculum standard development,curriculum content construction,teaching methods, evaluation reformand resource construction.
