摘要
基于“五维一体”的本科教学评价方法可以从学生、督导、同行、领导、校友等多个维度来观测教师课堂授课水平和质量,有效克服评价片面性、短期性、单一性等不足,改善评价活动。通过“五维一体”的多维度综合性评价引导教师不断提升教学能力,有效促进教师教学专业的可持续发展。
The evaluation method of undergraduate teaching based on "five dimensions" can be used to observe the teaching level and quality of teachers from the aspects of students,supervisors,peers,leaders and alumni,so as to overcome the one-sidedness and short-term nature of evaluation.Lack of singularity,improve evaluation activities.Through the multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation of "five dimensional integration",teachers are guided to improve their teaching ability and effectively promote the sustainable development of teachers' teaching specialty.
