翻译技能一直以来都是衡量学英语人的综合能力的标准,除了平时的英语学习之外,我国在英语四六级、考研等重要的全国性考试中,英语翻译占据着重要的地位。然而,在传统的大学英语教学课堂上,由于教学设备不完善、师资力量薄弱等原因阻碍着我国大学生英语翻译水平的提升。本文通过了解我国大学英语的教学现状,分析当前大学英语翻译教学中存在的问题,探究语块教学在大学英语翻译教学中应用的有效策略,从而提高学生的翻译水平。

Translation skills have always been the standard of measuring the comprehensive ability of people who learn English.In addition to learning English in peacetime,our country is in the important national examinations,such as CET-4,CET-6 and entrance examination.English translation also occupies an important position.However,in the traditional college English teaching class,the level of college students' English translation is hindered by imperfect teaching equipment and weak teachers.This paper analyzes the problems existing in college English translation teaching and learning the meaning of chunks teaching,and explores the application of chunks teaching in college English translation teaching through the understanding of the current situation of college English teaching in China.Effective strategies to improve students' translation skills.
