浅析民办高校新进教师职业道德内化途径

摘要 高校新进教师的职业道德内化,是教师从业过程中职业道德的完善过程,对教师的从教生涯和受教育者的学习活动都有深远的影响。民办高校由于自身的一些办学特性,导致新进教师职业道德内化过程中呈现出某些特殊性。文章简要阐述民办高校新进教师在职业道德内化过程中的问题,以讨论民办高校新进教师职业道德的内化途径。 The internalization of new recruited teachers' professional ethics in universities is a process of refining their professional ethics during the course of their employment,which has a profound impact on teacher's teaching career and learning activities of the educated.It is shown that there are some particularities in the process of internalization of new recruited teachers' professional ethics resulting from the self-specific characteristics of private university.The aim of this paper is to elaborate the way of internalization of new recruited teachers' professional ethics in private universities based on the problems presented in the course of internalization of new recruited teachers.
