摘要
为适应创客时代创新创业型人才的培养需求,在管理学课程教学中,重新定位课程教学目标,以战略、组织设计和领导力三大管理学支柱为核心重构课程教学内容,实施以“问题”及其探究为核心的教学模式,设计了“管理挑战—最初的思考—知识发现与共创—知识应用—总结和反思”循序渐进的五步教学法,以培养掌握管理知识与管理技能的创新型人才。
In order to meet the needs of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the era of Maker,during the teaching of management course,the teaching goals of the course are repositioned,the contents of the course are reconstructed according to the three major management pillars of "strategies,organization designing,and leadership",the teaching model based on "problem" and its inquiry is implemented,and the five-step teaching method of "management challenges-initial thinking-knowledge discovery and co-creation-knowledge application-summary and reflection" is designed,Which are to cultivate innovative talents who master management knowledge and management skills.
