基于多方合作的建筑工程人才创新培养模式研究

Research on Innovation Training Mode of Construction Engineering Talents Based on Multi-Party Cooperation

针对我国建筑工程人才培养模式的现状和问题,文章提出:明晰办学理念,设计可实现的人才培养模式;本科院校与高职院校的联合创新培养模式;院校与企事业单位的联合创新培养模式。教学实践表明:以上教学模式有助于获得良好的教学效果。

Aiming at the status quo and problems of China's construction engineering talent training mode,this paper proposes:clarifying the concept of running a school,designing a achievable talent training mode;joint innovation training mode of undergraduate colleges and higher vocational colleges;joint innovation of colleges and enterprises Training mode.Teaching practice shows that the above teaching methods can help to achieve good teaching results.
