佛山科学技术学院实施的“双带头人”培育工程,创新了教师党支部书记设置方式,选拔培育了一批“党建带头人、学术带头人”类型的党支部书记,对于助推高水平理工科大学基层党建工作活力具有重要的现实意义。文章紧密围绕“双带头人”建设目标,明确其优越性,清晰其在高校的实施状态,同时提出了完善建议,对于高校实践中进一步促进“双带头人”建设具有一定参考价值。

Foshan Institute of Science and Technology has carried out the "double-leader" training project,which has innovated the way of setting up Party branch secretaries for teachers,and has selected and cultivated a number of Party branch secretaries of "Party building leaders,academic leaders" type,which has important practical significance for promoting the vitality of grass-roots Party building work in high-level universities of science and engineering.This paper focuses on the goal of "double leaders" construction,clarifies its superiority,clarifies its implementation status in colleges and universities,and puts forward suggestions for improvement,which has certain reference value for further promoting the construction of "double leaders" in colleges and universities.
