摘要
为培养学生的创新能力、激发学习兴趣,利用重演实验过程的视频教学方法,制作总时长为24分13秒的实验视频,详细介绍了植物基因组DNA提取;目的DNA的分离、纯化;DNA体外重组和阳性克隆检测及测序分析。通过课堂讨论与实验结果分析,引入最新研究技术,帮助学生理解和掌握遗传学中基因的概念和基因工程章节的基本理论,丰富学生的知识,拓展学生的思维,培养学生解决科学问题的研究技能,探索实验视频在农学类专业遗传学教学中的应用。
For inspiring the students' interest and training innovation ability,an experiment teaching video that lasted 24 minutes and 13 seconds was produced by replaying the experiments based on research-oriented teaching model,the extraction of plant genomic DNA, isolation and purification of objective DNA, in vitro recombination of DNA, detection of positive clones and sequencing analysis were introduced in detail.Experimental results analysis and discussion were conducted for introducing updated research technology during playing the video.This teaching model could not only help students understand the gene concept and the fundamental theory of gene engineering,but also improve the width and depth of knowledge that without referred in class.It should be a good experience,especially for agronomy students to explore such method using in Genetics teaching.
