摘要
为了能够提高高等院校学生的就业竞争力,高等院校特开设了职业生涯规划课程,旨在帮助学生明确毕业后的就业目标,为大学生全面规划未来的职业生涯,同时引导学生能够正确认识自我,充分将自身优势发挥到就业中。而将体验式教学模式运用到职业规划生涯中更有助于学生在课堂中的良好互动以及在模拟场景中进行更加真实的体验。文章将具体对体验式教学在职业生涯规划课程中的应用进行深入研究和分析。
In order to improve the employment competitiveness of students in colleges and universities,colleges and universities set up career planning course,aims to help students clear after graduation employment goals,the overall plan for the future career for college students and guide students to correctly understand the self at the same time,give full play to their own advantages to the job.The application of experiential teaching mode to career planning is more conducive to students' good interaction in class and more real experience in simulated scenes.This paper will study and analyze the application of experiential teaching in career planning.
