摘要
本研究旨在观察PBL用于医学统计学课程的实施效果,为教学改革提供参考依据。文章以康复治疗学专业学生为PBL组,共119人;以年级相同、课时相同的护理学专业学生为对照组,共155人,比较两组在阶段成绩的差异。结果表明,PBL组成绩显著高于对照组(t=12.517,P<0.001),且及格率高于对照组(χ^2=34.103,P<0.001)。PBL教学有助于提高学生对医学统计学的学习兴趣及参与的积极性和主动性,提高解决医学专业相关问题的能力。
This study aims to observe the effect of PBL inMedical Statistics and provide reference for teaching reform. In this paper,the rehabilitation therapist is a PBL group with a total of 119 students.The nursing students with the same grade level and the same class appointment as the control group have a total of 155 students.The differences in scores between the two groups are compared.The results showed that the PBL group performance was significantly higher than the control group (t=12.517,P<0.001),and the passing rate was also higher than the control group (χ^2=34.103, P<0.001).The PBL group helps to improve students' interest in learning,their enthusiasm and initiative,and the ability to solve problems related to the medical profession.
