摘要
实施人格本位的应用型本科人才培养,转变“思政课程”为“课程思政”,统筹职业核心能力(软技能)、工程基础能力、专业基本能力以及专业综合能力“四大能力”平台,通过全面贯彻、全员参与、全程测评的“三全”体系,软硬技能一起抓,激发教学活力,提高教学质量,培养“上手快、后劲足”的一线工程师,取得了很好的效果。
To carry out the training of applied undergraduate talents with personality standard,coordinate the "four abilities" platform of professional core competence (soft skills),engineering basic ability,professional basic ability and professional comprehensive ability.By the "three full" system that is full implementation,full participation and whole course evaluation,hard and soft skills to grasp together,stimulate the vitality of teaching,improve the quality of teaching, training front-line engineers who have both practical and sustainable ability.The practice has achieved good results.
