摘要 文章对本科院校、高职院校、企业三方联合培养机械工程(职师)专业高端应用型本科人才工作进行研究。从人才培养方案、培养模式、师资队伍、学生管理、培养效果等方面进行探索,提出构建与之相适应的校—校—企育人新模式,为地方经济社会发展培养更多机械类技术技能人才,实现人才培养模式改革创新。 This paper studies the work of university,higher vocational colleges and enterprises in the joint training of applied undergraduate students in mechanical engineering (vocational normal education).From the aspects of talent training program,training mode,teacher team,student management,training effect,etc.,it is proposed to construct a new school-school-enterprise model to cultivate more machinery and technology for local economic and social development. And achieve reformand innovation of the talent training model.
