新时期中职护理学基础课程教学改革与实践探究

Teaching Reform and Practice of Basic Nursing Courses in Secondary Vocational Schools in the New Era

在我国护理教育发展过程中,中职护理学教育作为非常重要的环节为农村基层医疗提供了保障。但是随着医学教育的逐步发展,中职护理学专业的学生理论与实践水平不能满足全民健康的需求,为了培养更多复合型护理实践人才,必须将中职护理学实践教学重视起来,作为教学目标去实现。文章通过对新时期中职护理学基础课程教学存在的问题进行分析,提出了相关建设性的建议,不断改革和完善中职护理学基础教学的效果。

In the process of the development of nursing education in China,secondary vocational nursing education as a very important link to provide security for rural primary medical care.However,with the gradual development of medical education,the theoretical and practical level of secondary vocational nursing students can not meet the health needs of the whole people.In order to cultivate more complex nursing practice talents,we must attach importance to the practical teaching of secondary vocational nursing as a teaching goal to achieve.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the teaching of basic nursing courses in secondary vocational schools in the new period,this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions,and constantly reforms and improves the effect of basic nursing teaching in secondary vocational schools.
