摘要
高校人事管理信息化工作对提高工作效率、提升服务水平、优化人力资源配置、促进科学决策具有重要意义。近些年已有高校对此进行了探索,但在实际开展过程中难免会遇到问题。就这些问题进行剖析,提出相关对策,并就人事数据开发利用以及建设网上办事大厅提出一些思考。
Informationization of personnel management at university is significant to promote working efficiency and service quality, optimize human resource allocation, and promote scientific decision-making.Recent years, some universities have tried this work, however, problems were inevitable in the process of implementation. This paper analyzed these questions and put forward some countermeasures and thoughts, especially thoughts on utilization of personnel data and construction of online office hall for personnel work.
