Quality Management of Engineering Undergraduate Education Based on Mission Orientation from the Perspective of AACSB Authentication

大学工学本科教育是我国工科人才培养的基础。为了实现“追求卓越”的工学本科教育理想,以满足内涵发展、创新发展、特色发展、和谐发展为目标确定工学本科教育使命,借鉴AACSB认证标准,要求工学本科教育主动适应社会与经济发展的新常态,强调以学生为本,以使命为锚,着力调整教育结构,着力推进改革创新,着力提高教育质量,着力提升科研水平。尽管AACSB标准属于商业管理教育的标准,但其理念和方法同样可以应用到我国工学本科教育质量标准的建设中,帮助我们更好地提升工学本科教育质量。

Undergraduate education in university engineering is the foundation of the cultivation of engineering talents in China.In order to realize the ideal of "pursuing excellence" in engineering undergraduate education,in order to satisfy the goals of connotation development,innovation development,characteristic development and harmonious development,this paper draws lessons from AACSB certification standard.It requires undergraduate education of engineering to adapt actively to the new normal of social and economic development,emphasizing student-oriented, mission as anchor,adjusting educational structure,pushing forward reform and innovation,improving educational quality and improving scientific research level.Although the AACSB standard is a standard for business management education, its philosophy and approach can be applied to the construction of the quality standard of engineering undergraduate education in China,and help us to improve the quality of engineering undergraduate education.
