摘要
中国高等教育改革进入2.0时代,然而,在高校外语专业实践教学工作中,实习实训资源短缺问题和实践教学流于形式问题依然普遍存在,这严重制约着国际化人才培养。而高等教育国际化进程正在促进高校间的国际合作与交流发展。高密度的校际、校企国际合作与交流正在使高校产生大量外事活动。对这些外事活动进行整合,有序引进外语专业学生参与,使外事工作同时服务于高校外语专业实践教学。建立“全程导师制”有效管理机制,可有效提高高校外语专业实践教学,丰富其实践教学资源。
The reform of higher education in China has entered the 2.0 era.However,in the practical teaching of foreign language major in colleges and universities,the shortage of practical training resources and the mere formality of practical teaching still exist generally.This seriously restricts the training of international talents.The internationalization process of higher education is promoting the development of international cooperation and exchange among colleges and universities.High-density international cooperation and communication between universities and enterprises is leading to a large number of foreign affairs activities in colleges and universities.The integration of these foreign affairs activities,the orderly introduction of foreign language students to participate,so that the foreign affairs work at the same time serve the foreign language major practical teaching.To establish the effective management mechanism of the "whole process tutorial system",we can improve the practice of foreign language teaching in colleges and universities, enrich its practical teaching resources.
