摘要 食品营养与健康是高校各专业的一门公共选修课。为了提升教学质量,在对食品营养与健康课程教学现状和存在问题分析的基础上,文章从教学内容、教学方法、考核制度、教学理念和教学科研辅助等多方面阐述了食品营养与健康课程教学改革的建议,以期为推动高等学校应用型食品营养与健康专业人才的培养提供参考。 "Food Nutrition and Health" course is an elective course for the undergraduates.This paper summarized the current situations and existing problems in teaching of "Food Nutrition and Health".In order to improve the teaching quality,some teaching reforming measures were suggested from different perspectives,including course contents, teaching method,evaluation regulation,teaching design and research auxiliary.These suggestions may provide references for the cultivation of applied talents majoring in food nutrition and health in universities.
