Foundation of Material Engineering is an important specialized fundamental course for chemical engineering major and other related major.In this paper,the effect of teaching technique on the teaching practice is discussed and some suggestions for teaching are proposed,which are resolving knowledge point reasonably,choosing a reasonable start for teaching,giving examples according to the experience of students and using proper teaching methods according to the level of the audience.
