民族院校环境工程专业的建设特色与培养方案调整初探

A Preliminary Study on the Construction Characteristics and Training Scheme Adjustment of Environmental Engineering Specialty in National Colleges and Universities for nationalities

环境工程是综合性交叉学科,相应的专业建设既要保证人才培养质量,满足工程人才基本需求,又要有特色。民族院校的环境工程专业,也应以为民族地区解决环境问题、为民族地区输送高级环保工程人才为目标和特色。在建设特色环境工程专业的同时参加工程专业认证,既是融入本专业主流、提高专业知名度的有效途径,又可以推动人才培养的规范化、促进人才培养质量的提升。文章以国内某知名民族院校为例,从民族地区环保工程人才的需求出发,分析民族院校环境工程专业的建设特色,以教育部高等学校环境工程专业教学指导分委员会《高等学校本科环境工程专业专业规范》为蓝本,结合工程专业认证的要求,提出专业培养方案的调整建议,以培养专业基础更扎实、工程实践能力更好、解决问题指向性更强的环境保护工程人才。

Environmental engineering is a comprehensive interdisciplinary subject.The corresponding professional construction should ensure the quality of talents training,meet the basic needs of engineering talents,and have its own characteristics.The specialty of environmental engineering in ethnic colleges should also aim at solving environmental problems for minority areas and providing advanced environmental protection engineering talents for minority areas.It is not only a way to integrate into the mainstream of this specialty and raise its popularity,but also a way to promote the standardization of talent training and the promotion of the quality of talent training.This paper takes a famous ethnic college in China as an example,from the demand of environmental protection engineering talents in minority areas.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the construction of environmental engineering specialty in national colleges and universities,this paper takes the teaching guidance committee of the environmental engineering specialty of higher education institutions of Education as the blueprint,and combines the requirements of engineering specialty certification with the standard of undergraduate environmental engineering specialty in colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education.Some suggestions are put forward for the adjustment of the major training scheme in order to train the environmental protection engineering talents with more solid professional foundation,better engineering practice ability and better problem-solving ability.
