Optimization of Internal Control Framework and Construction of Sunshine and Integrity Logistics——Practice of Internal Control and Management in Beijing Vocational College of Communication and Transportation

党和国家高度重视单位内部控制。随着高职院校办学规模的不断扩大,后勤服务社会化改革不断深入,构建反腐倡廉责任体系、保障高职院校财产高效安全使用和保障后勤社会化进程持续健康推进,建立后勤工作的内部控制管理体系迫在眉睫。文章基于北京交通运输职业学院的内控管理实践,对高职院校后勤内部控制管理框架构建与优化设计进行了研究。

The Party and state attach great importance to internal control of units.With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher vocational schools and the deepening reform of socialization of logistics services,the responsibility system for combating corruption and advocating clean government should be constructed to ensure the efficient and safe use of property in higher vocational colleges and to ensure the continuous and healthy advancement of the process of socialization of logistics services.It is urgent to establish the internal control management system of logistics work.Based on the practice of internal control management in Beijing Vocational College of Communications and Transportation,this paper studies the construction and optimization design of logistics internal control management framework in higher vocational colleges.
