摘要
实验技术队伍建设是高职院校人才队伍建设的重要任务之一。通过对省内高职院校的调研,了解当前实验技术队伍建设中存在的主要问题,提出实验师资队伍建设的一些措施和建议,为提升高职院校实验技术队伍建设水平提供参考。
The construction of experimental technical team is one of the important tasks in the construction of talent team in higher vocational colleges.Through the investigation of vocational colleges in the province,the main problems existing in the construction of testing technology team were understood,and some measures and Suggestions for the construction of experimental teaching staff were put forward to provide reference for improving the construction level of experimental technology teamin vocational colleges.
