英语文学小说翻译中人物语言语音上的审美再现——以《国王迷》(节选)的英语翻译为例

Aesthetic Reproduction of Characters’ Language and Phonetics in English Literary Novels Translation——Take English translation of “King’s Fans”(excerpts) as an example

立足于文学翻译的美学视角,以《国王迷》翻译为例,认为在文学小说中占有大量比重的人物语言语音上的传神翻译,是文学翻译审美再现的重要环节。因此,尽量让译文如同美妙的音乐,朗朗上口,给读者以美的享受,语音上的表达恰如其分地表现小说中的人物形象及小说情节,可以更好地再现文学翻译的美学效果。

Based on the aesthetic perspective of literary translation and taking the translation of King Fan as an example, this paper holds that the vivid translation of characters'language and phonetics, which occupies a large proportion in literary fiction, is an important link in the aesthetic reproduction of literary translation. Therefore, to make the translated text as beautiful as music, to make it easy for readers to enjoy beauty, and to properly express the characters and plots in the novel in phonetic expression can better reproduce the aesthetic effect of literary translation.
