漂泊中的记忆:老挝Lanten人及其族称与迁徙传说

Memory in history: The Lanten people,their names and migration legends

Lanten人是老挝众多族群中的一员,主要生活在老挝北部山区。从族源上看,老挝Lanten人的根在中国南方,其民间保留完好的传统文化、宗教信仰、语言以及日历即是最好的佐证。而且,老挝的Lanten人迄今依旧在学习和使用汉字,记录家谱、宗教仪式经文和治病的药方,甚至用来书写信件。关于老挝Lanten人及其族源与历史传说方面的文献记载不多,有关Lanten人的信息,人们更多是从老挝官方的旅游广告或宣传上获知的。本研究拟通过考察散见于民间的经书、家谱或口碑故事等,探究其族源及迁徙历史。

The Lanten is one of the ethnic groups in Laos, mainly living in the mountain areas in the north of the country. From the perspective of the ethnic origin, their root is in southern China, which finds expression in their well-retained traditional culture, religions, languages and calendars. Besides, they are still learning and using Chinese characters in recording their genealogies, religious rituals, scriptures and prescriptions for treating diseases, and sometimes writing letters in Chinese. Records about the Lanten people and their ethnic origins and historical legends in Laos are inadequate. The information about the Lanten people mostly comes from official tourism advertisements or propagandas in Laos. This study tries to explore the ethnic origin and migration legends based on religious texts, genealogies and oral stories that have passed on by the people.
