摘要
在高速集成电路测试中,阻抗不连续会影响集成电路信号传输的特性。介绍了一种利用自动测试仪实现阻抗测试的方法,首先介绍传输线理论并说明阻抗产生的原理,结合电路仿真确定阻抗测试方案,利用自动测试仪产生阶跃信号,并检测反射信号的波形得到传输线的阻抗特性,从而为集成电路测试提供有效的分析依据。
In high-speed integrated circuit testing, impedance discontinuities can affect the characteristics of integrated circuit signal transmission. A method for implementing impedance testing using an automatic tester is described. The theory of transmission line is introduced and the principle of impedance generation is explained firstly. The impedance testing plan is determined based on circuit simulation. Generating a step signal by the automatic tester and detecting the waveform of the reflected signal to obtain the impedance characteristics of the transmission line, and providing an effective analysis basis for integrated circuit testing.
