摘要
面对全球新一轮产业革命和科技革命,国家迫切需要适应能力强、实践能力强、创新能力强并且具有时代使命和责任担当的高素质技术技能型人才。通过对软件技术专业创新创业实践育人的实证调查,分析了创新创业教育课程、“异步教学组织形式”、第二课堂在培养学生独特创新的思维方式、人际沟通和协作能力、团队协作精神、勇于探索和实践能力、专业知识和技能、良好职业道德和社会责任感、环境适应和心里抗压能力等方面的育人功能,不断提高创新创业教育实践育人成效。
In the face of a new round of global industrial revolution and scientific and technological revolution,the country urgently needs high-quality technical and technical talents with strong adaptability,strong practical ability,strong innovation ability and the mission and responsibility of the times. Through the empirical investigation on innovation and entrepreneurship education in software technology specialty,this paper analyzes the education functions of innovation and entrepreneurship education course,asynchronous teaching organizational form,the thinking mode of cultivating students' unique innovation of the second class in,interpersonal communication and collaboration ability,team spirit,courage to explore and practice ability,professional knowledge and skills,good professional ethics and social responsibility,environmental adaptation and psychological resistant to stress,etc.,so as to continuously improve the education effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
