Analysis on the Status of Tajik Language Use in Sinkiang

新疆境内的塔吉克族主要聚居在塔什库尔干塔吉克自治县。塔吉克族的双语、多语现象比较普遍,除母语塔吉克语外,主要兼用维吾尔语、普通话。塔吉克语保持得很好,尚未出现生存危机,但普通话普及程度较低,有待进一步加强。

The Tajiks in Sinkiang mainly live in the Tashkurgan Tajik Autonomous County.The bilingual and multilingual phenomenon of the Tajik is quite common.In addition to the native Tajik language,Uighur and Mandarin are mainly used.The Tajik language has been kept well and there has not been a crisis of survival,but the popularity of Mandarin is low and needs to be further strengthened.
