摘要
针对石油测井领域地层压力测试器中常用的高温高精度石英压力传感器,研究其压力测量过程中的温度补偿算法,并给出二次标定方法,开发专门用于高温高精度石英压力传感器的二次标定系统。经该系统标定后,传感器在全温范围内的压力测量精度达到出厂要求,证实了该标定系统的精确性。
Aimed at the commonly-used quartz pressure sensors in the formation pressure test of the oil well logging field,the temperature compensation algorithm in the pressure measurement process was studied and a secondary calibration method was presented,including the calibration system specially developed for the quartz pressure sensors.The result show that,the quartz pressure sensor calibrated conforms to the pressure measurement accuracy in the full temperature range as the factory required.This verifies the accuracy of the calibration system.
